How to get there

From Stockholm Arlanda International Airport

Arlanda is the largest airport in the Stockholm area. Long-distance trains to Tällberg station depart directly from Arlanda Central Station (Arlanda C) in SkyCity. There are eight connections per day, direct trains and connections where you need to change trains in Borlänge station (connecting train leaves from the same platform).

You can purchase your train ticket online on the homepage of the National Railway Operator SJ (Click here to open the SJ homepage in new tab) or at the SJ counter at Arlanda airport. We recommend to book a seat reservation as well.

Here is the train timetable valid for August 2017, or plan your trip on the homepage of the National Railway Operator SJ.

Between Tällberg train station and the hotels you may promenade (~2 km; Download map by clicking here!) or request a transfer service. Note that the transfer is optional and not included in the conference fee [the service is about 200 SEK (return)]. The transfer can be booked during registration.

From Skavsta Airport (near Stockholm)

Skavsta airport is a small airport situated approximately 100 km southwest of Stockholm. Information about different transportation alternatives to Stockholm City can be found here. From Stockholm, you can continue your travel with the National Railway Operator SJ (using the same trains as above, with first stop at Arlanda).

From the airports in Borlänge and Mora (Dalaflyget)

There are a few domestic connections (from e.g. Gothenburg and Malmö) operated by Dalaflyget to the airports in Borlänge and Mora nearby Tällberg. For more information and how to get to and from both airports, please visit the homepage of Dalaflyget.
